At All Things Smoked, we take pride in delivering premium smoked meats with the same care and attention that goes into preparing them. Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

 

Order Processing

​

All Things Smoked ships orders every Monday and Wednesday.

​

Orders placed Monday through Tuesday will ship Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

​

Orders placed on Wednesday after the weekly shipment has been prepared will ship the following Monday.

​

During holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

​

Orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped nationwide using UPS or FedEx.

​

Standard Shipping

​

Our standard cold-chain shipping option delivers within approximately 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

​

• A flat-rate shipping charge of $49.99 per order applies at checkout.

Overnight Shipping

• Expedited or overnight shipping may be available by special arrangement, depending on destination, carrier availability, and the scheduled shipping day
   

• If your order must arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm available options and any additional shipping charges.

Packaging & Freshness

​

Every order is:

​

• Carefully prepared

• Hand-cut

• Vacuum sealed

• Packed inside an insulated shipping box

• Shipped with dry ice and reusable gel ice packs

​

Our insulated packaging is designed to help maintain product quality for up to 56 hours during transit.

​

Because of normal temperature and air-pressure changes during shipping:

​

• Vacuum packaging may occasionally loosen without affecting product quality.

• Dry ice naturally evaporates during transit and may no longer be visible upon arrival.

• Gel ice packs may still be cold or partially thawed when your package arrives.

​

These conditions are expected and do not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.

Delivery Information

​

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

​

Please note:

​

• No signature is required for delivery.

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

• Someone should be available to refrigerate or freeze your order promptly after delivery.

​

Large cuts such as briskets, prime rib, and ham may require 3–4 days to thaw safely in the refrigerator. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

​

We do not ship to:

​

• APO/FPO military addresses

• International destinations

• PO Boxes

​

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. All Things Smoked is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Carrier Delays & Weather

​

While we work hard to ship every order on time, delivery schedules are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier.

​

Severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, and other unforeseen events may cause shipping delays that are outside of our control.

​

We appreciate your patience should these situations occur.

Holiday Shipping

​

Demand increases significantly during holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

To help ensure timely delivery, we strongly encourage placing holiday orders as early as possible.

If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll gladly help determine the best shipping option available.

Gift Orders

Sending All Things Smoked as a gift?

Please verify that the recipient's shipping address is correct and that someone will be available to receive and properly store the package upon delivery.

Once your shipment arrives:

• Refrigerate or freeze your products as soon as possible.

• Inspect your package upon delivery.

• If you have concerns about the condition of your shipment, contact us promptly so we can assist you.
